CommScope RUCKUS ICX 7550 Switches are made to support next generation wireless connectivity

The RUCKUS ICX 7550 switches come in eight different models that can all be stacked together to provide wired connectivity at the network’s edge. ICX 7550 are switches that you can depend on to cover a wide range of deployment scenarios including gigabit or multigigabit network edge and with a mix of 1 and 10-gigabit fibre port density to eliminate bottlenecks.

Support for latest generation PoE standards

The lastest next-generation access points, including Wi-Fi 6, require greater power to support additional IoT radios and scale to a larger number of users. The ICX 7550 multigigabit models come with multigigabit 2.5/5/10 GbE ports and all support 802.3bt with up to 90W power delivery per port and up to 2000W PoE budget to power up PoE devices such as digital signage, UHD surveillance cameras and smart buildings.

All ICX 7550 PoE models support perpetual and fastboost PoE

Perpetual PoE keeps PoE devices powered on without interruption when a switch is restarted for a software upgrade or for any other reason.

• Up to 3x 4/100 GbE ports for uplink and stacking, creates more bandwidth and elmintes bottleneck senarios
• Dual load sharing power supplies for system power redundancy
