The following terms and conditions apply to the cnPilot 3 month money-back guarantee.
- By participating in promotions, participants agree to be bound by these and promotional specific Terms and Conditions which are in conjunction with Purdicom standard Terms and Conditions which can be found on our website or we can send these to you as requested.
- Participants agree to notify Purdicom within 90 days from purchase if they would like to return the goods. Participants have an additional 60 days to physically return the goods and for them to be received at Purdicom’s premises.
- All cnPilot promotions are open only to registered Cambium partners. If not currently registered, participants can do so here.
- To be eligible to participate in the promotion, participants must have at least one technically trained/certified cnPilot engineer in employment during the first 30 days from purchase.
- Purdicom reserve the right to send engineers at no cost to the participant to review and endeavour to rectify any engineering problems as discovered. An additional week will be added for further testing before progressing with the return and credit of the equipment if the problem cannot be remedied.
- Participants must be invoiced in full.
- Purdicom agree to credit the full cost of the product. This will be applied as a credit to the participants Purdicom account.
- This guarantee is eligible for cnPilot products only.
- Participants cannot return the product if it is being used for NFR (Not For Resale).
- Purdicom may at their absolute discretion restrict who may enter into promotions for any reason.
- The decision of Purdicom in all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Purdicom reserves the right to withhold promotional benefits until resolution of any dispute.
